Currently, the three phases of roadmap to democracy has been implemented on schedule, however, there are still some problems need to solved such as limited time, no improvement in economy, obstacles and contradictions of reform. The author believed that military try to guide Thailand come to democracy stage by conducting military change is difficult to achieve.
