Abstract： Over one hundred years,France has been carrying out integration policy of"harmony and assimilation"targeting all the people in France.However,as the extent of social multiplicity is inten-sified,the very policy fails to meet the needs of current French society.The allocation of folk re-sources has lost its balance,and finally this resulted in a series of riots and terror attacks in recent years in France.In order to ease up the national relationship,French politicians put forward educa-tional priority areas and educational priority admission policies based on the principle of positive differ-ence.The implementation of these favorable educational policies is changing traditional French non-discrimination principle,and is also effectively narrowing the gap between different ethnic groups. |
