中国与法国的烹饪技术是世界公认的最出色的烹饪技术体系,而将烹饪技术作为一门专业进行系统的教育,法国无疑是发展较早的国家。法国的烹饪职业教育经过上百年的发展,已经形成了一个比较完善的教育模式,而我国的烹饪职业教育起步比较晚,虽然两国的烹饪技法与饮食体系存在较大差别,但是在烹饪高等职业教育模式上,法国却有值得学习和借鉴的地方。
