法国大学校以培养社会各界精英而闻名于世,其人才培养过程中的一些教育理念、培养方式可以为我国行业特色型大学的教育教学活动所借鉴。本文从法国大学校教育体制产生入手,具体略论法国大学校精英教育模式独有的特点,在此基础上得出对我国行业特色型大学人才培养有益的启示。

Abstract： 

Franch grand school is famous for training social elite, some of its educational philosophy; training methods are which universities with industry background in China should learn from. This article introduces firstly generation process of Franch grand school system, and analyzes in detail the unique characteristics of this elite education style, based on which we get some enlightenments universities with industry background.
