Abstract:In recent years, modern society requires people to master a foreign language, especially English. Oral English has gained more and more attention both by students and teachers. Now English teachers pay more attention to students’ oral English ability. However, the oral exam achievement and the performance of English learning both in and outside class show its effect is not so satisfactory. Meanwhile, many students who perform well in classes found failure in colloquial English.

　　　The importance of learning oral English has been increasingly realized. With the informatization and globalization of society and economy, China’s opening-up process has been accelerated. It is the basic requirement for everyone to master a foreign language in order to communicate with foreigners freely in the 21st century. However, due to lack of practice in speaking and listening, most students in primary school and middle school are not able to speak good and fluent English, they also have problem in listening, and communicating in English. Therefore, to train early childhood students’ ability on oral English is imperative.

　　　This thesis discusses how to train the oral English from childhood and its meanings in the future English studying. It shows that it is helpful to improve children’s ability in English listening, reading and writing when they reasonably and effectively practice oral English.

摘要:近年来,社会对人们口语能力的要求越来越高,外语教育工作者对学生的口语能力的培养也越来越重视。但是,学生口语考试的成绩和课堂内外的表现都说明学生的口语学习效果不尽如人意。同时，许多平时英语成绩良好的学生英语口语水平却不尽人意。

　　　学习英语口语的重要性已是众所皆知:随着社会生活的信息化和经济生活的全球化，我国对外开放的进程日益加快。学习和掌握一门外国语，开展对外交流是对21世纪国民素质的基本要求。然而，由于很多学生缺少对英语听说的实践，特别是中小学很多学生英语的听说都不是很好，他们在听英语和英语交流上有很多不足。所以，孩子早期的英语口语能力培养是很有必要的。

　　　本文通过分析如何从幼儿开始培养英语口语基础,及它在英语学习中的实践意义,指出:合理有效地提高幼儿英语英语口语, 对孩子英语读听说学习是大有裨益的。
