Abstract Chinese and English languages originate from two different societies and cultures. In learning English, it is unavoidable for Chinese people to be influenced by their own language, culture and thinking. This thesis aims to analyze the problems of Chinglish from the point of logic, so as to reduce and avoid misunderstandings caused by Chinglish, and to improve the quality of translation as well. The problems that can occur in translating between English and Chinese include: Simple Inference, Logic Incompletion, Logic Paradox and Dependency Prejudice.

摘要：汉、英两种语言源于不同的社会文化，中国人在英语学习过程中受到母语，文化，思维等因素的干扰出现中式英语的现象是难免的。本文拟从翻译过程中的逻辑角度剖析中式英语存在的问题，以减少和避免中式英语导致的误解，提高翻译的质量。英汉翻译中会出现的问题包括：简单推论，逻辑残缺，逻辑悖论和偏见。
