Abstract: This thesis mainly deals with the social reality in Robinson Crusoe from three perspectives—capitalism, colonialism and the alteration of Robinson from an ecologist to a colonialist in Robinson Crusoe, which explores the theme of capitalism including European Bourgeois and Patriarchalism. Through detailed analysis of the master and slave as well as the superior race and the inferior race, this thesis reflects the effect of British society, the change of British social value and the change of British social patterns, which has great social significance in today’s world.

摘要: 本文从三个方面着重阐述了小说《鲁滨逊漂流记》的社会现实，即资本主义，殖民主义和小说《鲁滨逊漂流记》中主人公鲁滨逊从一位生态学家转变为殖民主义者。从而来揭露资本主义社会的扩张本质，包括欧洲资产阶级和宗法制度。文章通过对小说主人公主人与奴隶，优越种族与低等种族之间的比较分析，折射出其对英国社会的影响以及社会价值观和社会模式的变化，对当今世界具有深远的社会意义。
