Abstract:Since 1990s, globalization proceeds at an increasing speed, and people of different nationalities and races from different regions have brought to the whole world the unprecedented effects by the communication and influences on politics, culture, technology, military, ideological form, values, etc. Among them, the economical development, which is the core of globalization, makes intercultural communication apparently important on the business area. Because economy charges the lifeline of a country, and whether cross-culture communication succeeds or fails determines the consequences of a foreign trade in one country. Therefore, to understand and master knowledge of intercultural communication has been a necessary lesson to us, so effective negotiation has played an important role in business communication.

  As we all know, business and culture are closely related, because the former is a process of an activity, whereas lubricant to the process. Knowing about each other’s culture will yield twice the result with half the effort. After joining the WTO, our country has been involved in foreign communication, so the negotiation strategy has played a vital role in social, economic and political events. By analyzing and presenting a series of theory of intercommunication, the thesis studies on the influence of cultural differences on negotiation behaviors, thus putting forward some more effective negotiation skills in the intercultural communication area in our country, so as to makes contribution to our socialist construction.

中文摘要:90年代以来,随着全球化进程的加快,各国各民族各地区在政治、文化、科技、军事、意识形态、生活方式、价值观念等方面的交流和影响给整个世界带来空前的进步。其中在全球化发展中占据核心地位的经济发展使跨文化交际在商务领域中显得犹为重要,因为经济主宰着一个国家的命脉,而且跨文化交际的成败决定一个国家在对外贸易上的发展和成果,而有效的商务谈判在商务沟通中其着重要的作用。

   正如我们所知,商务谈判与文化是密不可分的,商务谈判是一种活动过程,而文化是这种活动的润滑剂。了解对方的文化可以使谈判达到事半功倍的效果。随着我国加入WTO,对外交际越加频繁,各种谈判策略显示出在社会、经济、政治地位的重要性。本文通过对跨文化交际理论的分析和阐述,深入了解跨文化交际对谈判行为的影响及策略,为我国在对外交际的领域提出更有效率的谈判方式,为社会主义经济建设做出贡献。
