Abstract：Gender division of labor in the family has been paid much attention by scholars at home and abroad. And they make a series studies of gender division of labor in the family, and these studies are focused on re-construction of gender division. This dissertation analyses the factors which influence the labor division of men and women in the family. And link with a concept "new motherhood and wifehood" to analyse family's labor division.

　　　In this study, by the methods of the literature analysis and content analysis, there are some foundings. In the drama Copenhagen, the husband is only keen on his career, his research and the social activities. What's more, he is the only one who can make a decision of the important family affairs. On the other side, the responsibility of the wife Margrethe is limited to the family affairs, such as cleaning the kitchen, taking care of the garden, looking after the kids and husband's life. She thinks that she is the only one who can do these things. The drama Copenhagen reflects the inequality of gender division of labor in the society. Only with a clear mind of the conventional concept of gender division of labor, we can understand gender equality in the family, we can analyse the family gender relationship and gender division of labor in an objective way.

摘要：家庭两性分工一直受到了国内外学者的重视，国内外学者开展了一系列关于家庭两性分工的研究。研究以探讨“重新建构”性别分工为主。本文从《哥本哈根》中妻子马格瑞特和丈夫波尔的家庭角色，分析影响两性家庭分工差异的因素。并联系“新贤妻良母主义”，分析了其对两性家庭分工不平等的冲击。

　　　在本次研究中，通过文献研究法发现：在戏剧《哥本哈根》中丈夫波尔担负处理家外事务的责任，并且在重要的家庭事务上享有决定权。妻子的角色则限于家内，一般在厨房、花园忙碌，照料孩子和丈夫的起居生活，她认为这些都是她理所当然应干的事，折射了现实社会中存在两性分工不平等的问题。对约定俗成的性别分工概念我们要有一个反思和清理，从家庭的层面上去理解男女平等,分析家庭中的性别关系和性别分工。
