法国坚持国家主导科技发展，一直采用以国家目标为宗旨的管理模式。面对近年来经济停滞不前，法语论文，法语毕业论文，科研水平下滑，法国政府不断深化科技体制改革：着力完善探讨与创新体系顶层设计，整合优化科技主管部门；调整部署国家科技战略，深化高教和探讨体制改革；国家立法，促进科技成果转化；实施税收政策，扶持公司研发投入；不断完善科技考评体系；重视国际科技合作与交流，积极与中国在多领域广泛开展科技合作与交流。
Abstract： France insists that the state guides the development of national science and technology. She always adopts the management mode to realize the national goal, and aims at the world’s cutting-edge technology for adjusting in time its national strategy of science and technology development in order to cope with various challenges. In the face of the stagnate economy and the decline of scientiifc research level, the French government continue to deepen the reform of the administration systems of science and technology in recent years. The focus of this paper is on the executive policies of scientiifc and technical innovation, the incentive measures to reduce the burden on enterprises,the initiatives of commercialization of research ifndings in the past few years in France. |
