【摘要】：本文阐述了在沙特阿拉伯王国的外商直接投资的基本特征。论文也探索了沙特经济的基本特征,包括所有不同经济部门,以及它们有吸引力的领域,如在那里建立起来的新兴经济城市。为略论外商直接对沙投资于沙特经济增长的因果关系,作者做了一项实证探讨。此项探讨应用了复原技术,测试其它不同的对经济增长有贡献的变量。探讨结果表明,外商直接对沙投资确实与沙特的经济增长存在因果关系,并且这种关系因受到贸易开放度和油价提高的作用而增强。此项探讨基于1970至2017年间的年度数据。全篇论文共分为六章。第一章介绍了探讨背景和探讨目的。第二章是文献综述。第三章是关于沙特经济的总体介绍,以及更多对于其不同行业和经济城市的详细信息。第四章讨论了在沙特阿拉伯王国的外商直接投资。第五章是对于外商直接投资对沙特经济增长作用的实证探讨。最后一章是结论部分。
