Vietnam market has great potential and high rate of increase, has become the world's direct investment inflow of the target, many Chinese companies have seen this opportunity. However, the scope and number of Chinese funded enterprises in Vietnam direct investment is still unlimited. The proper answer to this question is to come to an end. This thesis focuses on the thoughts, characteristics and forms of direct investment of Chinese enterprises in Vietnam, and provides a more clear description of Vietnam's investment situation to Chinese funded enterprises. In addition, the influence of the direct investment of Chinese funded enterprises to the host country and the advantages of Chinese invested enterprises are also included. For a more detailed explanation, this paper chooses to analyze the case of the new desire group to invest directly in the feed industry in vietnam.
