Abstract:The development of the modern information technology, especially the development of E-commerce, makes mode of production, way of trade and competition changing greatly. The application of E-commerce is an inevitable choice for the foreign trade enterprise in our country. The development of E-commerce creates the opportunity for the foreign trade enterprise to reinvent the international competition advantage, especially for the small and medium foreign trade enterprises. E-commerce impels a large number of small and medium enterprises to enter the international market. The seller's force in international market was weakened. The buyer’s force was strengthened. The development of E-commerce can change market structure. The small and medium foreign trade enterprises of our country should utilize E-commerce to expand the market and reduce the relative price of the products. This article will generalize the topic that how E-commerce is applied in the small and medium-size foreign trade enterprises. All of these will also have some implications to the application of E-commerce in developing countries.

中文摘要:现代信息技术的发展,特别是电子商务的发展,使生产方式、贸易方式及竞争方式都发生了重大变化。应用电子商务是我国外贸企业的必然选择。电子商务的发展为外贸企业重塑国际竞争优势创造了机遇,尤其是中小型外贸企业。电子商务促使大量中小型企业进入国际市场,国际市场卖方势力被削弱,买方势力得到了增强。电子商务的发展会改变市场结构。我国中小型外贸企业要利用电子商务扩大市场,降低产品相对价格。本文阐述了中小型外贸企业应该如何应用电子商务。这将会给发展中国家发展电子商务提供很重要的参考。
