Abstract:Many scholars at home and abroad have been studying on motivation in English learning. In the process of English learning, motivation is a crucial factor that influences how well one’s mastery of English is. Gardner R. C. (1985) assumed that the main factor that decides successful English learning is motivation. While Chinese students learn English mainly at school, so teachers are not only responsible for teaching, but also play a vital part in arousing students’ motivation. So it is suggested that teachers should carry on a teaching reformation and motivate students effectively in the process of language teaching. 中文摘要:国内外众多学者对于英语学习中的动机问题展开研究。在英语学习过程中,学习动机是一个非常重要的因素,它影响着一个人对英语的掌握程度。加拿大学者Gardner R.C.(1985)认为影响英语学习成效的关键因素是学习动机。由于中国的学生主要在学校学习英语,所以,教师不仅仅担当着教学的重任,而且在激发学生学习动机的层面上也是十分重要的。教师必须进行教学改革并且在语言教学中有效地激发学生的学习动机。 关键词: 英语学习;学习动机;课堂英语教学 |
