Abstract:As one of the major subjects in the research of cross-culture, the study which is about cultural similarities and cultural difference is focused widely and inevitably by the world under the current trend of globalization.

　　Studying the construction of Shanghai Disneyland from the point of cultures similarities and cultures difference between Chinese culture and western culture, through which the present study aims to find out the reasons and the aspects of culture difference, to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of Chinese culture and western culture, and try to find the methods to combine Chinese culture and western culture. Exemplification analysis and comparison are used as the research ways in this dissertation. The objects of exemplification are Disneylands in the U.S.A., European Disneyland, Hong Kong Disneyland and Tokyo Disneyland. This study firstly analyzes the cultural conflict in Europe, Hong Kong and Tokyo face with when they construct Disneyland, and compares the native culture in U.S.A and the cultures of the places where oversea Disneyland located; secondly analyzes and compares the methods of solving cultural conflict and cultural difference and the situations of cultures combination in Paris, Hong Kong, and Tokyo; thirdly analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Chinese culture and western culture; fourthly through the findings from 1 to 3, try to find out the ways to combine those two kinds of cultures.

　　The results implicate: first, find out the advantages and disadvantages of our Chinese culture and recognize the virtues and shortcomings of western culture. Don’t be the worshiper of foreign things all the way and don’t completely reject the western culture. And second, learn the virtues of those two cultures, harmonize and combine them to exert the advantages of Chinese culture and western culture.

摘要:作为跨文化研究领域的主要课题之一，有关文化差异及文化结合的研究在当前不可避免地在全球一体化发展趋势下受到广泛的关注。

　　　本文从文化差异与结合的角度对上海兴建迪斯尼乐园进行研究，找出文化差异的因素和方面，分析出中西方文化的优势和劣势，并且试图中西方两种文化互相结合的方法。本文采用了举例分析对比的研究方法，举例的对象是美国本土迪士尼乐园，欧洲迪士尼乐园，香港迪士尼乐园和日本迪士尼乐园。分析欧洲，香港和日本迪士尼乐园在兴建时候遇到的文化冲突，和对比美国本土文化与世界迪士尼乐园的所在地文化的差异；分析对比在遇到文化冲突和文化差异的时候各地的解决方法，以及各地文化结合的情况;分析中国文化和西方文化的优势与劣势；通过之前的分析和总结，尝试找出结合两种文化的方法。

　　　研究结果对中西文化结合的启示是：首先，发现我们中国传统文化的优势和劣势，认清西方文化的长处与短处，不要一味崇洋媚外，亦不能彻底拒绝西方文化；其次，学习两种文化的优点，将其好好协调和结合，发挥中西方文化的最大优势。
