Abstract：An English resume is essential for graduates who want to hunt for ideal jobs in the hot competition, which is also the demonstration of English skills. However, the phenomenon of Chinglish in the English resume is an obstacle for its quality. This paper gives some advice for writing a successful English resume, and it focuses on the forms of Chinglish, the factors that lead to Chinglish and some suggestions to avoid Chinglish in English resume writing to improve the English resume writing skill.

摘要：一份英文简历对于要在竞争激烈的市场上谋求一职的毕业生来说是必须的，这也是一种英语技能的证明，但是大量的中式英语的出现让英文简历的质量不高。本文就如何写一篇成功的英文简历提供了一些指导。在这篇论文中将着重介绍英语简历写作中中式英语的不同形式，产生这个问题的原因及一些避免中式英语的建议来提高英语简历写作水平。
