Abstract: Recent increase of international business activities and cultural exchanges between China and many different countries had a positive impact also on the role of translators, making their work more prominent. The necessity of international contacts, also, offered unprecedented work opportunities to our translators. Therefore, it is significant to train high qualified and talent translators in colleges and universities. This paper is just to deal with this problem. In the first two parts, the author describes the present situation and existing problems of translation sector. Naturally, the author gives relevant resolutions according to those problems. We need to apply theory into practice. Among those resolutions, the theory of constructionism plays an important role in exploring new and effective teaching modes, such as the translation–competence–oriented curriculum model, the task–cooperation translation teaching model, and the market-oriented translation teaching model. At the last part, the author gives the significance of training translators in the hope of training excellent translators in colleges and universities in order to meet the needs of modern society and economic development and bridge the gap of culture between China and other countries.

摘要:近来,随着国际贸易活动日益增加,国际间文化交流日益频繁,中国与其他国家对翻译人才的培养产生了积极而又深远的影响,从而使得翻译工作越加重要。国际间的交流也为翻译人才提供了前所未有的工作机会。因此,高校培养翻译人才是非常有意义的。本文就是为了解决高校翻译人才培养这一问题的。前两部分讲述了培养翻译人才目前的现状以及存在的问题。当然,作者还针对目前的问题提出了相关的应对措施,以理论运用于实践,在诸多措施中,构建主义理论在探索新型,有效的教学模式中发挥了重要的作用。比如以培养翻译能力为中心的课程研究模式,任务与合作式的翻译教学模式以及以市场为导向的翻译教学模式。最后一部分主要阐述了培养翻译人才的重要意义,希望在高校培养优秀的翻译人才以满足现代社会的需要,经济发展的需要,并弥合中国与其他国家文化差异的代沟。
