Abstract:Due to the differences of culture, background and mentality, racial discrimination exists in every aspect of our daily life, however, above all these differences should be “Harmony without Sameness”. 

　　　It is reported that people around the world have paid much attention to racial discrimination, domestic and foreign researchers have made a series of researches. According to these literature points of view, the researches on racial discrimination mostly concentrate on the behavior and perception of America and Britain to the the Blacks.

　　　My research topic will make a reference to the results of the study of the domestic and foreign researchers, combining with some examples and issues of the discrimination for further study, so as to discuss how to avoid racial discrimination. On the other hand, my research is not only focusing on the analysis of the reasons and phenomenon of racial discrimination against  Afro-American, but emphasizing the importance of language harmony, and put forward my own point of views and suggestions for avoiding discriminatory language.

摘要:不同的文化、背景以及思想相互交流与渗透，种族歧视油然而生。一直以来，种族歧视受到世界各地的高度重视，国内外对此做出了一系列的研究。从这些文献资料来看，有关种族歧视的研究大都围绕英美两国对黑人的行为与看法进行探索与研究，并提出消除文化歧视的重要性。

　　　本选题参考国内外研究者的研究结果，并结合多个例证及事件对美籍黑人的歧视现象进行深入研究，从而对消除民族歧视进行探讨，旨在使人们能在人际交往过程中减少对肤色的歧视。同时，针对美国黑人的歧视现象，提出语言和谐的重要性并提出思考。
