Based on the testing results and analysis of the first and second year local university Japanese majors’acquisition of Japanese tones, as well as taking the textbooks, students, and faculty of the university’s Japanese department into account , this study puts forward a teaching mode, from the perspective of system theory, to command, provide methodology, and guarantee the teaching of tones for Japanese majors in the foundation stage.
