摘  要:在信息社会中,无论是人们的日常生活还是商务场合,电话已成为人们的重要通讯工具。打电话前要有准备,确切、简明和礼貌是交谈的要点。打电话要简洁、有要领,日语论文题目,要细心周到地考虑对方的处境,这是必须遵守的。不仅要做到善于说话,还要善于倾听对方说话。在通话即将结束前,结论和约定事项必须经过双方确认。一般情况下是主动打电话一方负责结束通话,所以应该先挂断电话,日语毕业论文,这是打电话的基本礼仪。In the information society, no matter what the people daily life or business occasions, the telephone has become one of the important communication tool.The phone must be ready before, exact, concise and politeness are talking points.Call should be concise, essentials, be careful and thoughtful consideration of the situation of the other, this is must obey.Not only to do good at talking, but also good at listening to each other.In the call before the end, conclusion and agreement must be confirmed by both parties.Under normal circumstances is active telephone party is responsible to end a call, so you should hang up first, this is called the basic etiquette.
