Abstract:

The legislative speech is made by the legislative body and the other organs. The content and the form of the legislation is the will of the state. Previous research is important to analyze the prestige of the invention of the legislation and the right to know the performance of the. Since our country put forward the construction of socialist harmonious society, the application of the judicial speech also put forward a new request. As a volunteer of the expression of the legislation, the legislation has a great understanding of the role, how to make the legislation more harmonious, and to narrow the gap between the legislature and the judiciary, it becomes an urgent achievement. In view of this situation, the study of the present evaluation of actual confrontation method carries on the analysis appraisal to speak, which shows a positive attitude and understanding of the significance of coordination, China's legislative and judicial task talk through the coordination of inspiration and sponsorship. This study tries to talk in the evaluation system of Martin's practical theory frame, with three Chinese legislation for the research in the text corpus, mainly uses qualitative analysis, quantitative research supplemented basically, through the process of material collection, data collection, data analysis, guidance and other methods, by the resolution and inductive approach know from the evaluation system of the position, participation, differential three comprehensive performance appraisal legislation speak positive position and significance of coordination, trying to explain not only the performance of the right to speak in the legislation, also showed positive significance and position of coordination, which is adapt to the socialist harmonious society is the main theme of location in china. This study used the evaluation of the actual confrontation method to stop the analysis, for the evaluation of the actual development of a new research area, but also for the legislation to discuss a new practical perspective. Through the practical approach to the reality, to explore the positive significance of the legislation and the coordination of understanding, and to further improve the legislative system of our country, which will help our country to stop the task, and also help me to coordinate the use of public law, which has certain academic value and application value.
