论文摘要:
本文从模因论的角度研讨法学交流模式下的立法语篇的翻译.将模因概念引入立法语篇的略论就可以发现（略）是一种模因.立法语篇的翻译因此就可视为法学模因根据道金斯(Dawkins)的自然选择(即适者生（略）在不同语言间传播的结果.在此基础上本文研讨了如何识别法学模因和相应的翻译措施.本文主要选择香港证券类法学法规从模因论的角度进行描述说明性略论,并辅以适当的统计数据.通过本文的略论,希望使译者更清楚更全面的认识和理解法学翻译,能在翻译过程中自觉地识别相应的模因,并利用模因自我规范的功能,在法学交流的框架下选择合适的翻译策略.
