语境探讨受到当代语言学界越来越多的关注.传统的语境探讨比较注重对语境各因素的探讨,在一定程度上忽视了语境的动态性.认知语境认为一切语境因素必须通过（略）知才能起到影响,对影响于交际的知识结构进行略论时应将语境内容抽象为心理表征.在言语交际过程中,语境是不断被创设、被选取、被延伸、发展变化的动态系统.
迄今为止,在国内（略）关联理论中的认知语境应用到法学实践领域如司法口语的实践中的探讨基本上是空白.本文以关联理论中的认知语境观为理论指导,借鉴国内外认知语言学、心理学和认知语用学的最新探讨成果,以汉语司法（略）要语料,研讨了语境移位的基本规律和运用价值,在一定程度上丰富了语境探讨.本文关注语境的动态性,提出了“语境移位”这一概念,并将语境移位划分为十种类型.同时描述了语境移位在言语交际的心理图式中的影响,探讨语境移（略）语篇中的五种语用功能.这一探讨价值在于指导具体的法学实践活动,帮助司法人员了解语境移位,提高表达、理解和交际能力,为实现法学语言研（略）——实现司法公正服务.
