合作学习于20世纪70年代兴起于美国,并自70年代中期以来取得了实质性进展,它是现在世界上许多国家普遍采用的一种富有创意和实效的教学理论与策略体系。由于它在改善课堂内的社会心理气氛,大面积提高学生的成绩,促进学生形成良好非认知品质等方面实效显著,很快引起了世界各国的关注,被人们誉为“近十年来最需要和最成功的教学改革”。因此,世界许多国家和地区都对合作学习进行了实践和探讨。合作学习不仅是一种教学策略和学习方式,还是一种生活态度。通过合作学习,还可以强化学生的社会交往意识和社会角色规范,可培养学生的任务意识、合作意识、责任感及团结合作精神,能为学生积累一定的社会经验,这些都有利于学生的长远发展。并且合作学习顺应了目前所倡导的素质教育要求,有利于发展学生的智力,培养学生的情感。合作学习还有助于弥补我国传统外语教学中的不足,鼓励同伴以相互交流、彼此接纳、取长补短的方式进行学习,视同伴为一种学习资源,在探索知识、掌握知识的过程中协调努力、共同进步。此外,合作学习符合了俄语语言实践性强的学科特点,通过合作学习更有利于培养学生的实际语言应用能力。因此,本文围绕俄语课堂教学中的合作学习展开了论述。全文共分为四大部分:第一部分阐述了合作学习的基本理论,在这一部分里,又分别从合作学习的定义、基本特征、类型、理论基础四个方面进行论述。第二部分阐述了俄语合作学习的特点,分别从俄语课堂教学的基本特点,俄语合作学习需要把握的几个环节,合作学习应处理好的几个关系三个方面进行论述。第三部分阐述了作用俄语合作学习的因素,分别从合作意识、合作技能、指导措施和教学环境四个方面进行论述。第四部分论述了俄语合作学习的实施策略,这一部分分别从发挥教师指导者、促进者影响,提高学生参与合作的积极性,培养学生的合作意识与能力,三个方面进行了详细的论述。论文最后提出:应将合作学习与其他教学策略有机结合,从整体上把握合作学习,以发挥合作学习的最大影响。

Cooperative learning rose in 1970’s in the United States and have obtained substantial progress since the mid 70’s . It is a creative and practical system of teaching theories and strategies, which has been widely adopted throughout the world. Because it has conspicuous effects in improving the social mental atmosphere in the classroom, in stimulating students to form fine non-cognitive qualities, cooperative learning has gained world wide attention and been entitled“the most essential and successful reform in education in recent ten years.”Therefore, many countries and areas in the world have begun to carry out practices and researches on cooperative learning.Cooperative learning is not only a kind of teaching strategy and studying method, but also a kind of living attitude. Through cooperative learning, students’consciousness in social association and their norms in social roles will be enhanced. Also, it will foster students’mission consciousness, cooperation consciousness, sense of responsibility and team work spirit. With the accumulation of social experience, cooperative learning is beneficial for students’long-term development. Moreover, cooperative learning is compatible with the requirement in quality education which is now promoted in our country. Thus, it is beneficial for developing students’intelligence and fostering their empathy. It can compensate the shortages in the traditional foreign language teaching in our country, encouraging companions to carry out mutual communication, acceptance and learn each other’s advantages but avoid each other’s disadvantages. In cooperative learning, companions are considered a studying resource. During the process of exploration and knowledge grasping, learners will make simultaneous progress. Besides, cooperative learning complies with the feature in Russian learning. That is , the language of Russian has strong practicality.
