Abstract:

Vietnam is a growing China, politics, economy, civilization are facing a good opportunity to grow. If grasp the growth opportunities, will bring economic to Vietnam superior growth and social stability. To do this, the authorities must to further progress task effect. The authorities should progress mission effectiveness of the authorities, it is necessary to improve the civil servants performance force. Progress of officeholder tasks is the most useful way is to train, because the training is a major situation of human capital investment, it can promote economic growth and human capital level of progress and application. This study to Vietnam in the poor area tra Vinh lower business staff training as the research object, through the course of the field investigation, interview method understand first tra Vinh province officeholder training situation, then the invention of tra Vinh province officeholder training achievement. In view of these important achievements, deep analysis of the reasons for the existence of the subjective and objective. Initially the joint international and foreign business staff training experience, put forward perfect tra Vinh province officeholder of training: training institutions and officeholder to establish accurate training concept, clear training objectives from the objective; from teaching methods, teaching materials and curriculum, bilingual teaching side surface innovative forms of training; strengthen the training base construction; conflict of multi-level multi angle and multi way to deal with the training, strengthen training effect.
