| 摘要：正一、标准体系越南标准和质量局(STMEQ)隶属科技部,是负责全国标准、计量和质量管理的政府机构,并代表越南参加相关的国际和区域性组织及其活动,业务范围包括认证、认可、检测等领域。STMEQ有12个独立部门,共1000多人,指导64个省和市的标准化、计量和质量控制。STMEQ于1977年加入ISO Abstract：The Ministry of science and technology membership Zhengyi and standard system of Vietnam standards and Quality Bureau STMEQ, is responsible for national standards, metrology and quality management of government agencies, and Vietnam representative to participate in relevant international and regional organization and its activities, business scope, including certification and accreditation, testing and other fields.
