摘要:为了确定泰国BS100钢轨菱形交叉的强度是否能够满足使用要求,应用车辆—轨道耦合系统动力学略论车辆通过菱形交叉的最大轮轨力,并将计算结果作为菱形交叉的强度计算荷载;采用三维实体有限单元法略论菱形交叉的应力和变形。结果表明,菱形交叉在列车动载影响下,变形合理,轨道状态能得到较好保持;菱形交叉的最大Mises应力为262.917 MPa,小于材料屈服强度440 MPa,且屈服强度与最大Mises应力的比值大于一般工程强度安全系数1.3,辙叉强度满足使用要求,并具有较大储备。 Abstract:In order to determine whether Thailand BS100 rail diamond crossing intensity can meet the use requirements, using vehicle track coupling system dynamics analysis of the vehicle through cross diamond wheel rail force, and the calculated results as cross diamond strength calculation load; using three-dimensional finite element method in the analysis of stresses and deformation in cross diamond.
