It needs to be developed based on certain social conditions. In this paper,Thailand and Laos are typical of the Southeast Asian languages,multi dialect countries,while the main language is the Tai Lao language,the bottom of the culture has many similarities and consistence. However,due to the differences in historical experiences and social changes,the language policy is different.
