摘  要:融合自主学习学习监控的相关理论,结合本科日语听说教学特点,利用“爱课堂”教学平台构建起一套“专业日语听说能力-自主学习/学习监控方案”,并在连续两届日语课程教学中进行实践.实践有效帮助学生形成适合自己的听力学习策略,在听力学习过程中进行情绪调节,激发学生自主学习语言的积极性以及课下自主学习习惯的养成.Based on the theories of self-regulated learning and learning monitoring, and the traits of undergradu-ate Japanese teaching, the “iclass” teaching platform is used to build up a solution of self-regulated learning and learning monitoring in order to improve the students, Japanese listening and speaking skills. The solution was practiced in two continuous generations' students whose major is Japanese in Beijing University of Posts and Tel-ecommunications. The practice effectively helped students to foster self-learning strategies of their own, adjust students ’ mental status until they reach a good one, stimulate their activeness to practice their Japanese listening and speaking skills and elevate their self-regulated learning capability.
