We focus on the topic selection of students in the same grade with the same gender who meet the first time in their respe,~tive Japanese and Chinese conversation. Overall, students have chosen similar topics in their Japanese and Chinese conversation. Nevertheless, four out of ten groups of them have mentioned love issues in their Japanese conversation. In their Chinese conversation, however, the same love topic does not appear. Based on this finding and the follow-up research, we analyze this phenomenon from the theoretical framework of Brown ＆ Leviuson＇s （1987） Politeness Principle. 关 键 词：话题选择 分 类 号：H319.1[语言文字—英语] ，日语毕业论文，日语毕业论文 |
