Japanese reflect duality of the Japanese culture by rebuilding and innovating European language and culture in the purpose of adapting to local culture. The localization of loanwords is discussed from the perspectives of pronunciation, form, grammar and meaning, which is helpful for the control of loanwords＇ development tendency.
