Individual needs the revitalization of the regional economy, Japanese language for second foreign language education are gradually becoming diversified. But there are a lot of problems in the second foreign language education in universities, such as indefinite educational aims, low education quality, exam-oriented education, lack of coherence and deep specialization, inaccurate location of the relationship between teaching and learning, and so on.
