The passionate,energetic,and dark,and fuzzy love between the protagonists in the novel actually reflects humans＇ self-control and self release. They start from love itself,but under the various fetters of realistic society which they are unable to struggle against,they choose death. In this process,they see the return of human nature and sublimation so as to realize the salvation of humanity. The creation of the novel lets us witness the author＇s view on love.
