摘  要:基于高职院校核心能力培养的重要性和近况,提出"自立型日语人才"的培养目标。"自立型日语人才"的培养重点是职业核心能力,主要包括独立思考能力和自我PDCA能力。在现有的JBA教学模式下,采用渗透策略,充分应用建构主义学习理论,激发学生的积极性和自主性,培养其独立思考能力;通过在行为导向教学法中引入PDCA循环原理,培养学生自我PDCA能力。Based on the analysis of the importance and status of core competence training in higher vocational colleges, this article puts forward the training objective of self-reliant Japanese talents, which focuses on the professional core competence, including independent thinking ability and self PDCA. These two kinds of abilities can be developed by infiltrating strategy with the present JBA teaching model. This article applies the theory of eonstructivism to stimulate students' initiative and autonomy as well as the independent thinking ability. It discusses on how to cultivate students' self PDCA ability by introducing PDCA circulation theory.
