This paper aims to study the present situation of the training and the place of performance, and strive to find out the way to deal with it. The main body of the thesis consists of four chapters, with an introduction and a conclusion before. Introduction discusses the theme of this article comes the understanding of to itself the teaching theory and the exchange study in France proposed in this paper, the research object and scale, and introduced the research approach taken in this paper and the actual teaching psychology, cross-cultural foreign practice, foreign law teaching and for analyzing the training their basic theory, and the "identity of the PEST analysis method" as the enterprise French training of micro analysis method.
