With the process of globalization, foreign language can become one of the talents to be put into or not. In addition to English, the second foreign language learning has been more and more valued. French is one of the most talked China foreign learners meet. Chinese students in learning French in the process, not only by their native language (Chinese) influence, also was the first foreign language (English) effect. In this paper, the foreign language acquisition theory as the basis, in Chinese and English in Chinese students learning French in various talk level analysis.
