Because the industry in the economic development of the industry plays an important role in the economic growth, the research on logistics is more and more profound, the logistics term is one of the main aspects. In recent years, the Sino Russian logistics cooperation is becoming more and more prosperous, to reach a number of areas. This paper mainly analyzes the development, structure and semantic scene of Russian logistics terms. The development of Russian logistics terms has experienced several major stages, and there are some problems in the development of Russian logistics terms. The composition and structure of the Russian logistics term involves the standard and the rectification task of logistics terms, as well as the key link of the development of logistics terms. Russian terminology in logistics is the natural language, the semantic level there is a synonymy, polysemy and homonymy scene, and semantic uncertainty for understand the term, experts exchange makes it difficult.
