This paper tries to "appoint people" as the starting point of the study of Russian political transition, through the process of the Russian political transformation in the form of the results, the reasons and the growth of the analysis, to discuss the political transformation and the development and change of the perspective of research. The full text is divided into four departments, from the three levels of interpretation of Russian political transition from the perspective of research.
