| 摘要：通过略论目前中国与俄罗斯的贸易关系及两国之间旅游业发展状况，根据用人单位的需求及反馈，发现当前缺乏掌握俄语知识酒店从业人员的问题。并提出解决该问题的办法就是将《酒店俄语》作为一门独立课程在高职高专院校开设，俄语论文题目，使学生在校期间提前接触酒店、餐饮方面的知识，并将该课程的内容以模块形式展示。 Abstract：Through the analysis of current trade relations between China and Russia and the development of the tourism industry between the two countries, according to the needs of the employing units and feedback, found that the current lack of knowledge of the hotel staff to grasp the problem.
