Vietnam since twentieth Century 80 years, the implementation of the full range, the multilateral communication policy, focusing on improving relations with neighboring countries. After the success of the Kampuchea, Vietnam and ASEAN cooperation has been rapid growth. Vietnam officially participated in ASEAN in 1995 and became an important member of ASEAN. Because Vietnam has a unique geographical position, natural capital and a relatively broad market, Vietnam is in the ASEAN economic cooperation is to play an increasingly important positive role, and access to Member States' identity and support.
