作 者：祝怀新 卢双双 ZHU Huaixin;LU Shuangshuang 机构地区：浙江大学教育学院,浙江杭州,310028 出 处：《浙江树人大学学报》2017年第6期 摘 要：泰国政府在当今私立高等教育发展中扮演着鼓励、资助、引导、促进和监督等重要角色，使私立高校与公立高校数量相当、质量过硬。在立法上，泰语论文网站，泰国政府不断完善私立高等教育政策法规，使管理工作有法可依；在资金来源上，设立专项周转资金及其他财政性补助，保障私立高校的正常运作；在教学质量上，建立与公立高校一致的质量保障体系，泰语论文题目，使私立高校在为社会输送人才和普及高等教育中发挥重要的影响。Abstratc :The Thai government plays an important role of encouraging , support,guide, promoting, and supervision in the devel-opment of today's private colleges and universities , which has enable them to present a similar momentum as the public universi -ties.On legislation, the Thai government continuously improves the private higher education policies and regulations , so that there are laws to follow for the management work .On funding sources ,it has set up a special working capital and other financial subsidies to guarantee the normal operation of private universities .On teaching quality ,quality assurance system in line with the public counterparts has been constructed .They have enabled private colleges and universities in Thailand to play an important role in supplying trained talents and popularizing advanced education . 关 键 词：民办高等教育 私立高等教育 私立高校 政府 泰国 |
