作 者：李锦淑 Li Jinshu; 出 处：《科教文汇》2017年第36期161-163,共3页 摘 要：随着我国改革开放的不断深入以及经济全球化进程的持续推进,中日两国在经济领域的合作日渐频繁。日本高度发展的技术优势和中国相对廉价的劳动力资源以及广袤的消费市场,为两国实现互补的共同发展之路,提供了有力的合作前提。总体来看,当前对日语系人才的需求仍呈现出不断扩大之势,然而由于受到中日两国政治联系波动以及前几年不断扩招的作用,日语系学生的就业形势不容乐观。本文以青岛农业学院为中心,通过追踪近几年学生的就业去向,略论、研讨了日语系毕业生在就业方向、择业地区以及就业过程中所遇到的其他问题等,并深入研讨了应对之策。With the continuous deepening of China＇ reform and opening- up as well as the sustained progress of economic globalization, China- Japan economic cooperation is increasingly frequent. The highly developed technology of Japan and the cheap labor resources and vast consumption market of China provide a prerequisite for the mutual development and cooperation between them. Generally, the demand for talents majoring in Japanese is still increasingly at present, but due to the fluctuation of political relation between the two countries as well as the large- scale enrollment expansion in recent years, the employment situation of graduates majoring in Japanese is not optimistic.
