Particularly, they questioned the credibility of some specific translations such as“victims”,“innocence”,“Nanjing”,“First Sino-Japanese War”, and so on. Although these words look quite easy at first glance, their translations do have complexities, and the meanings of these terms could never be predicted simply by dictionaries.
