The catchwords, as linguistic signs that are most focused in the certain period, record the hot social phenomena and reflect the social development and changes of this period. The period of rapid growth for Japanese economy is from 1956 to 1973, in which the rapid development with the 9% average growth rate over several successive years make Japan the 2nd biggest economy in the world. With economic development and social changes, women＇ s social status changes accordingly.
