摘  要:基于学习者立场的优秀教师形象探讨是教师明确自我发展方向的关键。本探讨打破该领域使用因子略论的量的探讨措施的局限性,着眼于个案探讨,通过可信性、重现性高的个人态度构造略论(PAC略论)得知:学习者心目中的优秀日语教师形象及学习者对优秀日语教师形象的具体要求主要体现在对学生的态度、专业知识和阅历、授课能力、性格与人格魅力、形象气质五方面。本探讨对日语教师明确自我发展方向,寻求自我发展措施具有重要意义。The research on the image of excellent teachers from the perspective of lerners is the key for teachers to be aware of the direction of their self development.In the research,the author has surpassed the limitations of those research methods using factor analysis in this field and has focused on individual case studies.Through the highly credible and reproducible personal attitude construct(PAC analysis),the author eventually draws the conclusion that the image of excellent Japanese teachers in learners' minds can be mainly reflected in the following five aspects: attitude towards students,professional knowledge and experience,teaching capacity,personality and personal charm,as well as appearance and temperament.Thus,this research will be especially significant for Japanese teachers to make clear their self-development directions and seek some concrete self-development methods.
