Qualitative research notes, the French guest person in Shanghai of cross-cultural adaptation by degree of cross-cultural communication ability, personality, social support, in Hua Shiguang, adaptation strategy ratio and many factor's influence. And then select the main factors of the Department as an important variable in quantitative research. In the quantitative study, through the process of 132 in Shanghai, France, Mr. stay to stop the questionnaire survey, the assessment of the impact of various factors on the level of cross cultural adaptation. Through the analysis of the process of establishing the model, the results show that: (1) the French stay in Shanghai social civilization adaptation variables intermediate reason Ankang affect the learning performance, career satisfaction affect the learning performance and early return intentions.
