Based on the international language and then back analysis of political discourse research outlined basically, first test of discourse, discourse analysis, the concept of political discourse to stop the definition, characteristics and efficacy of the political discourse, the incumbent president Putin and President Medvedev's state of the union as the important research object of political speech varieties of political discourse analysis. This article from the talk and vocabulary, rhetoric, syntax perspective, and describes the state of the union statistical PUME speak characteristics. This paper introduces the state of the union micro structure form, by means of PUME thoughts, inherent to both abstract abstract words analysis.
