Existential sentence is a Russian scholar began to actively focus on the subject many years ago. Russian existential sentences are based on the logic and semantic principle. It is one of the basic types of Russian simple sentences, which has its own structure and semantic features. This paper focuses on the Russian existential sentences of the type of syntactic structure, the elements of the semantic features and functions, also of Russian existential sentence word order and denied the existence of a sentence to stop the discussion, aims to deal with the application of existential sentence should pay attention to achievement. This thesis includes introduction, comment, conclusion and reference. In this paper, the introduction section analyzes the main significance of the study of the object of the Russian existential sentence and the practical, research objectives, obligations, new ideas, practical significance and research methods. The annotation is divided into into six chapters: Chapter one is the literature review, introduces the Russian sentence sentence research state and existing fields, from philosophy and learning to speak in the field understand "existence," the philosophy and learning to speak common concept. In the second chapter, the thesis introduces the division of existential sentences and the practical basic and the logical semantic concepts of syntax.
