The important achievement of economic modernization is to deal with the Russian economy by the capital type to the vertical profile. Research to participate in the WTO and Russia's economic transformation results, to help more accurate grasp of the Russian economic transition process, for the future of the Sino Russian economic and trade cooperation between the supply of the resolution plan, is to have the main practical and practical significance. Vision of this thesis is divided into five chapters. Chapter one recall the Russian economic transition process, the second chapter analyzes the join WTO before Russia's economic transformation of achievements, the third chapter analyzes the influence of participation in the WTO on Russia's economic transition, the fourth chapter peeks at the after joining the WTO Russia economic transformation, the fifth chapter proposed countermeasures of Russia's economic transformation. This thesis thinks, to participate in WTO for the Russian economic transformation has brought valuable opportunities, but also brings many challenges. In the new situation in the WTO, the Russian economic transition is still a difficult process.
