And Russia have teachers to teach the traditional value, the teacher teaches alive in the field of the history of unconventional, has created a large number of high degree of faculty, guarantee the citizens are taught system forces teachers to a virtuous circle, to ensure that the level of teaching in Russia in leading position in the world. Russian independent in the future to the teachers teach serious reform, the most important performance is teacher teach policy promulgated.
